The Manager oversees all areas of the social business operations including staffing, training development, account management, equipment controls, supplies and business administration. The Manager leads a team of Supervisors, core operational staff along with a variety of part-time and casual staff.

Groundskeeping Maintenance Supervisor (Seasonal)
Good Nature Groundskeeping (GNG) is social enterprise that provides commercial and residential grounds maintenance and care through our professional groundskeeping business across the National Capital Region.
We are currently looking for a Groundskeeping Supervisor who is committed to working from April – November. The Groundskeeping Supervisor will lead a crew of 3-4 people on a daily basis, providing spring and fall clean-ups, grass cutting and litter control services for a wide range of properties.

Groundskeeping Maintenance Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent)

We are currently looking for a Groundskeeping Supervisor who is committed to working from April – November. The Groundskeeping Supervisor will lead a crew of 3-4 people on a daily basis, providing spring and fall clean-ups, grass cutting and litter control services for a wide range of properties.
Director of Social Enterprise
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Social Enterprise will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the management and future development of social impact initiatives within the organization. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of social responsibility. The Director of Social Enterprise will collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal agency teams, external partners and community organizations to drive sustainable and positive social change while ensuring financial viability.
